Bayshore, Creek Beach District

Creek Beach District is a vibrant community that offers a lifestyle unlike anywhere else in Dubai. Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development enjoys spectacular views of the Dubai skyline and forms a key connection between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza and the Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.

Following the launch of the first two residential clusters within Creek Beach District, Breeze and Sunset, Bayshore became the third residential cluster in the development. SSH acted as lead consultant, architectural partner, structural engineer, and building services consultant for the prestigious Creek Beach District master plan.

The district is being built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700 sqm.
