BMW Showroom

This showroom is the largest of its kind in the Middle East. The 22,500 square meters site showcases BMW, Mini, Land Rover and Rolls-Royce cars. The mezzanine floor appears to hover above the showroom and houses the headquarter offices of Al-Ghanim.

The curved roof designed by SSH is one of the building’s most admired architectural features. The interior achieves clean and crisp aesthetics by minimising the use of finishing materials. The indirect illumination uses suspended mirrors and workshop facility with 86 working bays, parts storage and a parts retail outlet is included.
