Burj Square Master Plan

SSH has been awarded the master plan for a 1.7M sqm development located on a prime site fronting Dubai Creek in Dubai. The project will be divided into districts offering apartments, serviced apartments, hotels and retail, as well spectacular waterfront living and activities such as a yacht/recreational club. It is envisioned to be a high-density niche lifestyle development that is unprecedented in the Emirates. Offering a variety of amenities, retail and residential product types, the project offers a live and play environment that will make it one of the most well-planned developments in the region.

The development will house 4,670 residential apartments, 250 serviced apartments, as well as hotels, retail avenues, entertainment and leisure components.
