King Faisal Corniche

The aim of the King Faisal Corniche master plan concept is to create a unique and vibrant waterfront environment that will attract visitors of all nationalities.
SSH’s scope of services included a high-level concept master plan, providing preliminary land-use options and solutions that fulfil the client’s vision.

The proposed master plan, which will cover 67,000 sqm, will be checked against the physical characteristics and constraints imposed on the site. SSH will also take into consideration the King Faisal Highway Corniche and the Manama Lagoon developments, which are both in close proximity.

The final deliverables will comprise the following:

• Land-use zoning plan
• Area schedules broken down by component and usage type
• 3-D massing perspectives
• High-level pedestrian access strategy for connectivity to neighbouring developments considering their respective usages.
