Sheraton Hotel

The development, partly an SSH initiative to construct the new Sheraton Hotel, is a winning business solution and an elegant design opportunity. It includes a comprehensive conversion of the existing Sheraton Hotel into serviced apartments with 176 keys, as well as a new hotel with 189 keys, both of which will be attached to the high-end Moda Mall shopping centre.

SSH completed the pre-concept studies in 2017.
